Jayne McKeon joined Brandtalk as a franchisee in early 2011 and has enjoyed a smooth transition from the world of advertising to the new realm of providing marketing and business solutions to SMEs in the Geelong area.  Jayne’s belief in the power and importance of long-term branding for businesses was the pivotal motivator in leaving her day job to branch out into her own business as the first female and Victorian Brandtalk franchisee. for full story refer to Media page News
 
 

Brandtalk was founded in 2009 by Mark West who has over 20 years experience in Retail and Media, where he saw a need for small business to have at its disposal the same level of support and advice that multi-national companies enjoy.

Marks retail experience started back in the late 80’s with a famous Australian retailer Brash's, from there he went on to open as the Electrical Franchisee the  first Harvey Norman Superstore in Melbourne Dandenong in 1995,  then returning to his home town Geelong 12 months later where he opened the Geelong Harvey Norman Superstore .


Experience comes with time and hard work, which Mark has achieved successfully throughout his careers.
In 2005 Mark made a change to his career path by moving into media sales and went onto hold the Sales Managers position at KRock & BayFm in Geelong.  Opportunities opened for Mark with Melbourne based Company Image on Line which saw him to travel throughout Australia and oversees presenting to business owners on the ‘Power of Music in Advertising’

Mark has furthered his studies with a Diploma of Management and Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment bringing further skills to the business
The brandtalk team is about bringing a fresh set of eyes to your business, with store evaluations, competition analyst, store merchandizing, staff training and social media stratergies all being part of developing and growing your business
